37mm Firework Projectile Builder Kit |
This Kit contains everything you need to make ten flying fish fuse, 37mm firework Projectiles. Contains 10 large fused payload cups, ten cardboard disks, ten feet of crackling fuse (incredibly noisy) , twenty feet of flying fish fuse ( two ten foot pieces each a different color), 10 rubber bands and instructions on constructing your projectiles. These special fuse types are cut into one inch lengths and act identical to firework stars. It creates a bright burst of color with loud crackling similar to a firework mortar shell.

This fused payload cup can be used to make homemade smoke rounds and Pepper Gas Rounds. The fuse is molded into the plastic. There is very little time delay. Comes with information on how to make smoke composition and where to get the supplies. The large cup can be used with our 2 or 3 inch aluminum hulls. This bushing sits on the bottom of our aluminum cases. You will need to rubber cement or hot glue it to the bottom. You will get several shots out of each one. It holds the power directly over the primer for maximum efficiency. When filled to the top it holds APPROXIMATELY 75-80 grains of fff black powder. Manufactured by American Specialty Ammo. |

37mm "ASA MOAB" Projectile |
This fin stabilized projectile comes in Two pieces. The bottom section and the nose cone. The nose cone can be loaded with chalk or paint for practice/marker round. You can also load it with a OC powder for an impact tear gas style round. Manufactured by American Specialty Ammo.
This Projectile is also available fused. With the fused projectile you will be able to load flare or smoke burst compound.
For crowd dispersal you can load this round with a mix of black powder and OC powder for a air burst tear gas round. A Fog of powder will rain down on the crowd causing very unpleasant reactions. |

One Pound of Bentonite clay. This clay comes as a fine tan powder, once compressed with a hammer it becomes hard as a rock. This clay can be used to plug the end of 37mm tubes. I use it in place of the plugs in the smoke bomb builder kit. It insures a perfect seal. |
