2” New 37mm Aluminum Hulls

Super-strong, new, unfired 2” 37mm aluminum hulls. Uses a 209 shotgun primer for ignition. Designed for black powder loads or black powder substitutes (no smokeless powder). They have a wall thickness of 0.076” and a double-reinforced lip around the bottom of the wall where the powder is loaded. The bottom is 0.25” thick. In our opinion, these hulls are heavier duty, longer-lasting, and thicker than the used military hulls we have seen and tested. Manufactured by American Specialty Ammo.

37mm Firework Projectile Builder Kit

This kit contains everything you need to make ten 37mm firework projectiles. Contains ten large fused payload cups, 30’ of flying fish fuse (three 10’ pieces, each a different color), ten rubber bands, and instructions on constructing your projectiles. These special fuse types are to be cut into 1” lengths and will act identically to firework stars. It creates a bright burst of color similar to a firework mortar shell.
This can only be used with our aluminum cases. Cases sold separately.

This payload cup works with our aluminum cases. It holds your payload similar to a shotgun wad. You will need the powder bushings to use this product. The cup sits on top of the bushing. Manufactured by American Specialty Ammo.

37mm Fused Payload Cup

This fused payload cup can be used to make homemade smoke rounds and pepper gas rounds. The fuse is molded into the plastic. There is a very little time delay.  The large cup can be used with our 2” or 3” aluminum hulls. The small cup can only be used in the 2” aluminum hull. This is not safe to use to make Bird Bangers. Manufactured by American Specialty Ammo.

37mm Powder Bushing

This bushing sits on the bottom of our aluminum cases. It will need to be rubber cemented or hot glued to the bottom. You will get several shots out of each one. The bushing holds the powder directly over the primer for maximum efficiency. When filled to the top, it holds approximately 75-80 grains of black powder. Manufactured by American Specialty Ammo.

37mm "ASA MOAB" Projectile

This fin-stabilized projectile comes in three pieces. The fin, mid, and the nose cone. The nose cone can be loaded with chalk or paint for a practice/marker round. You can also load it with an OC powder for an impact tear gas-style round. Manufactured by American Specialty Ammo.
This projectile is also available fused. With the fused projectile, you will be able to load flare or smoke burst compound.
For crowd dispersal, you can load this round with a mix of black powder and OC powder for an airburst tear gas round. A fog of powder will rain down on the crowd, causing very unpleasant reactions.
Colors will vary. MOABs come in three parts for you to put together. These will only work in our 3” hulls. The 2” hulls are too short.
